Shipping & Lead Times
All Sauced Bag Co. bags are made to order to ensure each set is produced and inspected before shipment.
Most bag orders are completed and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods, new product drops, holidays, or unexpected production delays, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.
Once your order leaves our facility, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Transit times vary by carrier and destination and are separate from our production lead time.
If an order is expected to fall outside of our normal production window, we’ll make every effort to communicate the delay as soon as possible.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Because Sauced Bag Co. bags are made to order, returns and exchanges are accepted only on unused, unthrown, and unwashed items in original condition. Used bags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cornhole bags can be damaged by rough, unfinished, or poor-quality playing surfaces. Snags, pulls, runs, abrasions, or other fabric damage caused by board condition, improper use, break-in methods, washing, or normal wear are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty.
If you believe your bags have experienced a manufacturing defect or construction failure, please contact us with clear photos of the affected area and your order information. Each claim will be reviewed individually to determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect or external damage.
Confirmed manufacturing defects will be handled under warranty.

Bag Care & Maintenance
Proper care helps maintain the feel, performance, and lifespan of your Sauced bags.
After play, keep bags clean and dry and avoid storing them in damp or excessively hot environments. If cleaning is needed, gently hand wash using cool water and mild soap, then allow the bags to air dry completely before storing or using them again.
Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, dryers, high heat, aggressive scrubbing, or unapproved break-in methods, as these can damage the fabric, stitching, or fill.
Always inspect the playing surface before use. Rough, damaged, or unfinished boards can cause snags, pulls, runs, and premature fabric wear.
